To achieve this we offer the following property staging services:
Property consultations
We provide a 1-2 hour staging consultation on site. This option is for our DIY type of clients.
Clients are advised to have a note pad and pen ready. Our property stager will advise the clients on exactly what to do before getting a valuation and listing their property for sale.
Fee: N$ 1,200.00
Duration: 1-2 Hours
For maximum return you should:
1- Do required maintenance work. Specially when visible.
2- Pack-away anything you have not used in the past 3 months.
3- Declutter, depersonalise & spring clean.
4- Stage & photograph for media.
5- Have the property valuated.
6- Market and advertise for sale.
Property Staging
When you live in a property you stop noticing what needs an update. With our fresh perspective we'll help you declutter & rearrange your furniture & accessories for you. We'll also leave you with some tips on other changes you can make to highlight your properties best features.
Property consultation: N$ 1,200.00
Sourcing Fee: N$ 2,500.00

Staging Fee: N$ 2,500 per day
Includes: Photography costs for media
Excludes: cost of items (purchase/rentals).
Average staging duration: 3-4 Days
